In the case of an event cancellation by the host Solace & Soul, you will be issued a refund in the manner funds were originally paid. Funds can take a few days to process and return to your account.
In the case of an event cancellation by the attendee within 12 hours of booked event, unfortunately we do not offer a refund or store credit.
If cancellation by attendee occurs prior to 12 hours before booked event, we will endeavour to fill your spot and issue a refund in the manner funds were originally paid. **If your space is unable to be filled prior to the event date, you will be issued a credit in the form of a coupon code, that can be used at solaceandsoul.com.au to book future events or to purchase products.
If you wish to return item(s) from the Solace & Soul online shop, please contact us at to discuss your return. Please indicate the order number you received at the time of purchase.
We will simply work with you to organise the best way in which you can return your items whether local drop off/pickup or via post.
All returning goods must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving your order and must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
Food items, such as Herbal Tea cannot be returned due to health and safety purposes.
